The first traffic bans will start on Saturday 19 October. From 06:30 in fact, it will be forbidden to drive on Viale del Monte Oppio, between Via delle Terme di Tito and Via delle Terme di Traiano, while from 08:00 it will be forbidden to park in Via del Circo Massimo, Piazzale Ugo La Malfa, Via della Greca and Lungotevere dei Sangallo. In any case, the bans will be valid from Saturday until the end of the event on Sunday.
Bus deviation
The road closures of the Wizz Air Rome Half Marathon will inevitably affect public transport. In fact, the routes of as many as 53 bus lines will be changed for the race through the streets of the centre.
